Custom Cake Ordering Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms before placing a custom cake order with Salina Sweet Kreations. Placing an order confirms that you agree to these policies.

1. Ordering & Payment

• All custom cake orders are non-refundable to secure your date.

• Full payment is due Upon placing order.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Custom Design Policy

• All cakes are custom-designed and handcrafted.

• Inspiration photos are used as a reference; exact replicas are not guaranteed.

• Colors, textures, and details may vary slightly due to the artistic nature of custom cakes.

3. Changes & Cancellations

• Design changes must be requested no later than 24 hours after purchase.

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of payment.

• No refunds are given however you can reschedule the date for your order. The date must be within 30 days.

4. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be honored.

• Salina Sweet Kreations is not responsible for damage once the cake has been picked up.

5. Serving Sizes

• Serving estimates are guidelines only and may vary depending on how the cake is cut.

6. Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

• Cakes are made in a kitchen that may process nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

• While accommodations may be requested, allergy-free products cannot be guaranteed.

7. Care & Storage

• Cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Refrigeration may be required for certain designs or fillings.

8. Rush Orders

• Rush orders are defined as orders placed less than 5–7 days before the event date.

• Rush orders are accepted based on availability and require an additional rush fee.

• Rush fees are non-refundable.

9. Weather & Outdoor Events

• Salina Sweet Kreations is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, including heat, humidity, wind, or rain.

• Buttercream cakes are sensitive to heat and are not recommended for outdoor events exceeding 75°F unless proper climate control is provided.

• Once the cake is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the client.

10. Late Pickup Policy

• Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be honored.

• A late pickup fee may apply if the client arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

• Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to cancellation without refund.

11. Photography & Marketing

• Salina Sweet Kreations reserves the right to photograph completed cakes and use images for marketing and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
